How do I know this?
For years, working as a leading publicist in entertainment PR, I watched who made it and who didn't. I studied the patterns in other publicists and in the actors, influencers, and authors I worked alongside, and I paid close attention to the managers and agents around them.
Just as importantly, I studied my own behaviors and career arc, too. There were seasons I stalled, not for lack of strategy, but because I let doubt in. I compared myself and my clients to others, and comparison is the thief of success. Energetically, it tells the universe, and your own subconscious, that there is not enough to go around. That mindset held me back for a long time.
The moment I stopped comparing and decided, without wavering, that I would reach my goals with grace and ease, everything shifted. That kind of firmly held decision is the line between the people who expand and the people who stay stuck. It is where strategy and energetics meet. This alchemy became the foundation of Intuitive Visibility Strategy™ (IVS™).
This work didn't come to me in a single revelation. It came together over years of energy work, study, and my own lived experience, each layer building on the last until the two halves of my life became one path.
In my energy work, I began noticing that people hold their past in their bodies. Old trauma, old experiences, and old beliefs live in the nervous system as energy, and that energy shapes how someone shows up long before any strategy reaches them. Because I have spent over twenty years as a publicist thinking about visibility and branding, I could see exactly where that held energy was working against the careers people were building.
As I studied further, exploring the nervous system and neuroscience, learning from teachers like Neville Goddard and Joe Dispenza, and attending spiritual retreats alongside my own lived practice, I began to understand why we do what we do, including the ways we sabotage ourselves without ever consciously choosing to do so. I already knew how to clear stored energy, then learned how to settle the nervous system and bring the body back into balance so that manifestation becomes possible rather than forced. I did this work on myself to test the methodology, and watched my life and career positively change because of this system.
When I brought this understanding together with my PR experience, something clicked. I could finally see both halves of what determines whether someone rises, the strategy the world sees and the energy beneath it, and Intuitive Visibility Strategy™ became the way I bring them together for the people I work with.
We have all been taught that visibility is tactical: have the right bio, the right photos, garner press, learn the social media algorithms, create the digital sales funnels, get in the right rooms with powerful people, and for some people I work with, get on the red carpet in a fantastic outfit. Depending on your goals, you likely still need to do most of that. But none of it works as well if it isn't backed by an aligned frequency. When you're operating from scarcity, self-doubt, and/or comparison, even the most aggressive strategy struggles to gain real traction.
